Our Q&A With Alexander:

Q: What was your previous experience before working at TAB and how did it prepare you for the work you do now?

A: I was very lucky to work as a student for Microsoft, I had a mentor in Business Intelligence who guided me, laid out the interest and showed the power of analytical tools and the skills that provided the knowledge of the work I do at TAB. Before I came to TAB I was traveling around Indonesia, Southeast Asia and Australia for 14 months, then I had my own entrepreneurial endeavor after which I moved to Berlin and started working at TAB.

Q: What does your typical day look like and what does your job entail?

A: My role is to work behind the scenes and to always make sure I have the big picture in mind, meaning I gather every day-to-day data, make sure our quality and rates are in the correct fields of our clients' KPIs.
